Wasserman’s Agency Profiles

In the competitive agency landscape, Wasserman was continuously looking for new ways to expand and grow their share of the market. We were tasked with profiling competing agencies, the brands and talent they managed, and what new emerging markets Wasserman was positioned to dominate.

After profiling 28 brands and their accompanying sponsorship strategies, as well as the 8 largest competitor agencies and their brands under management, a whitespace analysis showed a few sizeable market opportunities. We outlined a strategy for capturing and dominating these markets with existing resources and presented them to a Director and his team to be implemented.
