I completed the Odette MBA course work in December 2015, an intensive 14-month program that has 30% more class time than a typical MBA, while also working with a corporate partner throughout the year to solve real world problems. In addition to this demanding program I was elected by my peers and served as the MBA Society President where I lead a fantastic team to build initiatives that have become a standard for years to follow. In addition, I sat on Faculty Council and the Graduate Committee representing students and advocating for their interests. Lastly, I served as a Graduate Assistant to four professors teaching introductory business communications and leadership courses through the year. I capped off my MBA by winning the Leadership Award, Enhancement Award, and Best Presenter Award as voted on by faculty and staff.
I've led award-winning teams, represented organizations at the Academy Awards and TIFF, and defeated debaters from the best schools around.
Here are some of the awards I have to show for it
I strive to make my mark on everything I do. In my short professional career I have learned from the best, led successful teams, represented organizations publicly and internationally, and won countless awards. Here is a brief overview of how I got to where I am now.

Master of Business Administration Odette School of Business
Crayola Canada APEX Partner
During the course of my MBA, I worked alongside a dedicated team of ambitious and hardworking individuals to analyze and craft key strategies for Crayola Canada. We completed three deliverables in a 10 month window, including a strategic audit of Crayola Canada's place and opportunities in the creative play space, development of a back-to-school merchandising program, and plan to mitigate the cost of out-of-stock events on Amazon.ca for Crayola products.
Windsor International Film Festival Marketing Manager
The Windsor International Film Festival (WIFF) is a beloved institution in the Windsor-Essex area which made my opportunity to work for it a dream come true. As the Marketing Manager I developed, coordinated, and executed a marketing plan for the 10-day festival with over a hundred films, as well as lead over a hundred volunteers in event logistics and promotion. My role expanded beyond marketing to festival administration as I sat on the Tech Committee, Box Office Committee, Marketing Committee, and Programming Committee and overseeing a variety of projects from idea to delivery. Some of the projects that I am most proud of managing are the redesign of the festival program, development of consumer profiles, introduction of ERP systems, brand refresh, and development of social media identities.
Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Business Administration Odette School of Business
In my time at the Odette School of Business I became heavily involved in the school and student initiatives. I lead the school debate team to a record number of top-10 finishes in the American Parliamentary Debate Association, defeating teams from Stanford, MIT, Yale, Columbia, and NYU while competing throughout the United States. In addition, I served in a variety of roles on the Commerce Society where I was ultimately responsible for the program that acclimated first year students to the University and ensuring their success. My contributions to the school and community were recognized by receiving the inaugural Richard Peddie Leadership Award which is given to well rounded students competing based on marks, athletics, volunteer work, student government, campus clubs and other relevant extra-curricular activities.
I'm Passionate About Entertainment
